Few months ago, my best drawings had been explored. But for two months altough my drawings are good and starred they've never been explored. I have spent so much time and made so much effort for these drawings and i want to share them. I tried it from my brother's account and had any problems. What is the problem? Are there anybody to help? (Sorry for any grammar mistakes by the way)

As far as I know, explore is based on an algorithm. So although your art may be spectacular, if the algorithm doesn't catch it, it may not be explored, I myself have not had 2 drawings in explore.
If you'd like you can post your favorite pieces here for everyone to see and share! =]

It's exactly as Heap pointed out, drawings are chosen by a machine. You can find lots of other earlier posts about this. I looked at your drawings and was impressed, you'll see that I followed you and yes, your drawings deserve to be on Explore. However there is no panel of expert artists deliberating each day on which drawings to choose, the machine appears to pick and choose at random, sometimes unbelievably poorly executed drawings. So don't be downhearted, you get lots of stars, so clearly the other DQ members like your work, sooner or later that machine will whistle round and stop at your drawing.Until that day, please keep on drawing, knowing that you have talent.

Yet I do not remember even a single day that 'Slothdude' doesn't have his drawings in 'explore'. Yes, they are extraordinary and need to be featured, but there are sooooo many good ones out there that do not get the recognition they deserve.

Again it's an algorithm, I'm not sure how he always gets chosen, if you'd like you can email Chris 'moot' directly. He's the founder of drawquest and his email is chris@drawquest.com
You could email him directly and ask him for better clarification!

I was never posted on Explore in the beginning though I thought I was worthy. Mean Geri too. For me it changed when I started to get over 70 stArs per drawing. Since then I've been on Explore mostly everyday. But if I get under 70 stars per drawing I'm not. I don't get it though because some of the mediocre drawings on explore have 20 or 30 stars. I don't get it. All I know is when I get 70 or 80 stars before Explore posting time for that day, I get posted. If you are a newbie it might take time to get enough followers to get a high number of stars at first. But again my theory doesn't make sense since the mediocre drawings with less stars than 70 make it on Explore. You are good so don't let this stupid machine make you feel unworthy. It's just a stupid algorithm that none of us understand anyway. Keep up the good work and have fun. I hate that stupid algorithm thing! . But DQ and it's members are the best!!!!

For what I've deducted, the algorithm measures stars, but is not the only variable. I think also has account on how fast you are starred. I have drawings with more than 100 stars not selected, and with less than 50 selected. As I draw from Spain and the time zone is very far from USA where most users are, the star pace varies so much. If I draw at night, morning in USA, stars come fast and explore require less of them. If I publish at lunch time, night in USA, stars come slowly and more stars are need to get explored. Surely also are counted playbacks. Not so sure if the algorithm values the people who stars you or consider all questers of equal Star power.
So don't get obsessed with explore algorithm. Is only a piece of software, not even artificial inteligence. Look at your publishing times and you will be explored soon or later.
