I know we all have a few drawings like this in our galleries. That one thing, you missed when drawing. A brush stroke or eye lashes or any number or things. What is that one that really nags at you? It still bugs me that I forgot the eyebrows on the victim in my chopstick quest. Attachments:

I was concentrating so hard on trying to write neatly that I omitted the "n" in both the words "teensy" and "weensy". It reads teesy weesy. It is supposed to be making reference to the spider being " the teensy weensy spider went up the water spout bla bla bla....... Come to find out (as I was told by a child) it is really supposed to be the Itsy bitsy spider. Oh well. Other than that I must say that there are many naughty things I have left out of the drawing that I wish I had the nerve to put in, and many ideas I have censored right off the bat! I wish I had a secret avatar that my kids did not know was me! I would get censored often! I sooooo want to draw the illegitimate child of Mr Chris and Snow White! And a shot gun wedding with the dwarfs all holding double barrel shot guns.Ha!

Then again, poor salmonnugget gets flagged for absolutely nothing. Poor guy has a nemesis who flags his drawings even though they aren't worthy of flagging. Anyhow, usually it takes serious vulgarity or violence for stuff to get flagged. Sometimes something suggestive gets it, but you can always contact DrawQuest via twitter and ask for a review. It seems they are great about reinstating most things. Ultimately, go with your gut.

What nags me afterwards? Not drawing like a pro? Does that count?

I have too many to count. I forget I remember one where I spelled privilege wrong on four separate occasions. I draw hands and legs going the wrong way. I put my shadows in the wrong place. There are so many I could go on and on. It's obvious I've never taken an art class or did any drawing before DrawQuest. But so what. It's fun I really wish DQ would do an upgrade so we could go back and fix our drawings. What would we have to do to get that to happen. Do any of you think that would be a good or bad idea? Thoughts?.

Thoughts?. Yeah, I have been thinking about that. It is exactly the same for me, I make so many errors that I wish I could go back and fix them. But, if I had the ability to go back, I would be drawing less I think, always trying to fix my mistakes, and definitively finding the other people's DQ feeds less interesting when they repost the same drawing over and over again. (Beauty and perfection are in the eyes of the beholder?) So I think in retrospective, that it is good that we cannot go back, and that we have to learn to live with our imperfection, and work harder on the next drawing!

Perfection is impossible to attain. There are always some things wrong. Mistakes are a way to learn and improve. I have forgotten to draw claws, made stupid mistakes with perspective, drawn limbs in different lengths and forgotten to shade or include things I wanted to have in. In most cases, as ever, we see our own mistakes more easily than other people do.
So, if there was just one thing I could fix, I suppose it'd be fixing my own attitude towards the mistakes I make. Making a mistake means you're human, not talentless garbage.
