andrewschawl And while we're at it, a satire (and completely animated!) YouTube channel I started awhile back, but unfortunately haven't had the free time to make more as of late: youtube.com/snippetsclips Anyone else have a channel?

youtube.com/littleislander1
There are a couple of short videos there called "I See Things When I scribble" which originated from an exercise in creativity. The process is actually not unlike DrawQuest except instead of starting from a partial drawing, you start from scribbled lines---drawn with your eyes closed preferably. Great way to beckon that sometimes illusive creative muse.

Great way to beckon that sometimes illusive creative muse. I used to do something similar with the sometimes difficult, often damaged young people I used to work with. Because their expectations were lowered - it was only a scribble after all - it freed them up to be much more adventurous and creative than they could usually allow themselves to be. It invariably led to a verbal opening up as well and was frequently moving. I really miss that part of my work.

Just signed up for twitter. Never used it before I think it might take me a while to get used to it. I do love technology but goodness I'm slow on the uptake these days. MimiSACo
